The nature of the Nahal Soreq Regional Council, the diversity of its residents, and the geographic spread of its communities and educational institutions, in addition to the need to transport pupils to schools outside of the regional council’s vicinity, all directly influence on the scope and complexity of the transportation system.

The regional council’s educational department performs a precise calculation based on the real needs in the field, based on experience from previous years and the resources at the regional council’s disposal, in keeping with the Ministry of Education’s guidelines.
